We offer exchanges on eligible products, subject to the following criteria.

Requests must be made promptly within our stated exchange period.
Pristine Condition
Items must remain unworn and unused with all original tags and packaging.
Proof Required
Please provide a valid receipt or formal proof of purchase upon request.
Availability
Exchanges depend directly on the availability of your preferred replacement size.
Full Exchange Policy
An exchange may be accepted when:
The request is made within the stated exchange period.
The item has not been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used.
Original tags and packaging remain attached.
The customer provides proof of purchase.
The requested replacement product or size is available.
Note: Products that show signs of wear, perfume, makeup, damage, washing, or alteration may not be accepted. For hygiene reasons, certain products may be final sale.
